When will my order ship?
Orders are processed for shipment within 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Courier transit time is in addition to the order processing time stated above. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will start processing on the next business day.
*** NOTE: Processing time applies to merchandise that is readily available. Special releases and sitewide sales are EXCLUDED from processing time mentioned above. Special releases will ship within the estimated timeframe given in the details of the product description. Sitewide sales may cause 1-2 week delays for orders to be shipped out.

We ship to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and most international countries.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer shipping via USPS. All orders are shipped WITHOUT a signature required, which means, your shipping carrier of choice will deliver the package to your doorstep, whether or not you are present for the delivery.
How can I cancel my order?
You may only cancel your order BEFORE it is shipped. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and reference your order number.
How can I modify my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is paid and fulfilled, we cannot make any further changes. You will be required to cancel your order and re-order if you require any changes. This includes changes to the style, color, size, shipping address, etc.
Can I combine multiple orders to ship together?
In order to prevent processing delays, we unfortunately do not allow for the combination of multiple orders to ship together. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made.
What happens if I did not receive my order?
If after 30 days from completion of your order (60-90 days for international orders) you have still not received your order, please contact us via email at email@example.com. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs for all refused and undeliverable packages, as well as, packages sent to an incorrect address.
What happens if I did not receive my complete order or my order is damaged?
If you are missing an item(s) or an item is damaged, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not dispose of the packaging the order came in.
What can cause my order(s) to be modified, placed on hold or canceled?
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. At our discretion, we reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by unapproved dealers, resellers or distributors.
If I made an order right before a sale was started, can I get a price adjustment?
We do not honor price adjustments once an order has been paid and fulfilled and/or in the event of a sale starting soon after said order was made.
