Ordering

How can I place an order?

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Elo, Diners Club debit and credit cards, and PayPal.


If I made an order right before a sale started, can I get a price adjustment?

We do not honor price adjustments once an order has been paid and fulfilled, including in the event of a sale starting soon after.


What can cause my order to be modified, placed on hold, or canceled? We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by unapproved dealers, resellers, or distributors.

 


 

Sizing

What is my size in Jiujiteiro Gis?

Please refer to the Gi Sizing Chart, accessible on any product page or our Core and Sweep 450 Gis.

 


 

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed for shipment within 1–3 business days after being placed. Courier transit time is in addition to the order processing time. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will start processing on the next business day.


NOTE: Processing time applies to merchandise that is readily available. Special releases and sitewide sales are EXCLUDED from the processing time above. Special releases will ship within the estimated timeframe given in the product description. Sitewide sales may cause 1–2 week delays.


Where do you ship?

We ship to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and most international countries.


What shipping options do you offer?

We offer shipping via USPS, UPS, and DHL (international). All orders are shipped WITHOUT a signature required - your carrier will deliver to your doorstep whether or not you are present.

 


 

Order Changes & Cancellations

How can I cancel my order?

You may only cancel your order BEFORE it is shipped. To cancel, contact us via the chat widget on our website or email support@thejiujiteiro.com with your order number.


How can I modify my order?

Some changes can be made self-serve through our customer widget or support team before your order is fulfilled:

  • Change your shipping address - available before a shipping label is created

  • Add items or swap variants - available before fulfillment begins

To make changes, use the chat widget on our website or email support@thejiujiteiro.com with your order number.

Note: items cannot be removed from an existing order. If you need to remove an item, you will need to cancel and re-order.


Can I combine multiple orders to ship together?

Unfortunately, we do not allow orders to be combined. Once an order is placed, changes of this kind cannot be made.

 


 

Shipping Protection (Redo)

What is Redo shipping protection?

Redo Protection covers eligible shipping issues for protected orders, including packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Protection must be purchased on the original order. The protection fee is final sale and non-refundable.

Redo Protection does not cover issues unrelated to shipping, including wrong items sent, missing items, or other fulfillment errors. Coverage may also not apply to certain excluded items based on store policy.

For eligible managed claims, orders must be domestic, have a valid order value, and cannot be exchange orders. All claims are subject to review before approval.


What happens if I did not receive my order?

If your order is protected with Redo shipping protection, you can file a claim directly through the chat widget on our website or via our customer portal.

If your order is not protected and after 30 days from your order's completion (60–90 days for international orders) you have still not received it, please contact us at support@thejiujiteiro.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for refused, undeliverable, or incorrectly addressed packages.


What happens if my order arrives damaged or is incomplete?

  • Damaged in transit: If your order is protected with Redo shipping protection, please file a claim through the chat widget on our website. Do not dispose of the packaging.

  • Wrong or missing items: Redo Protection does not cover fulfillment errors. Please contact us immediately at support@thejiujiteiro.com. Do not dispose of the packaging.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

What is eligible for a return or exchange?

Please refer to our return/exchange policy. You can also start a return or exchange self-serve through the chat widget on our website.


NOTE: All orders purchased during any sitewide sale (Archive Sale, End of the Year Sale, Holiday Sales, etc.) are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.
