Product guarantee
What does the Jiujiteiro guarantee cover?
We stand behind the quality of every product. If an item is unsatisfactory at receipt or fails within 30 days because of a material or workmanship defect, Jiujiteiro may offer an exchange, replacement or refund after review.
What is not covered?
The guarantee does not cover accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, training damage, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time and use.
How do I submit a claim?
Email support@thejiujiteiro.com with your order number, a description of the issue, clear close-up photos, a full-item photo and the size tag.
