At Jiujiteiro, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to order with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right — whether that’s an exchange, store credit, or return.

All returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery and items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Please review the eligibility requirements below:



Return Eligibility

 

The following items are eligible for return or exchange:

-Must be shipped within the United States

-Must be purchased from www.thejiujiteiro.com

-Item must be unworn

-Item must be unwashed

-Item must be unused (not trained in)

-Item must be in original condition with tags attached

-Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

-Items must be shipped back within the timeframe provided in the return portal

Due to hygiene and safety standards in close-contact training, we cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or used on the mats.


 

Items Not Eligible

 

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

-Orders received more than 30 days ago

-Items that show signs of wear, mat burn, washing damage, deodorant marks, or odor

-Items without original tags attached

-Items marked Final Sale

-International orders (for free return protection eligibility)

-Items purchased from other retailers or distributors

-Products showing excessive wear, misuse, or abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.




Redo Free Returns Protection (U.S. Orders Only)

 

We offer Redo Free Returns & Package Protection at checkout.

If you purchase Redo protection on your order and your order is shipped within the United States:

-Your return shipping label is covered

-You can return eligible items at no additional cost

-Redo coverage applies only to that protected order

If Redo was not purchased, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Redo protection applies to U.S. orders only.


Exchanges (Size & Fit)

Size exchanges are accepted within 30 days, subject to availability.

Customers must return the original item in approved condition before a replacement is shipped.

Outbound shipping for exchanges is free.



Returning for a Refund

 

-Refunds are issued to the original payment method

-Original shipping fees are non-refundable

-Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

-If Redo protection was not purchased, the cost of the return label will be deducted (if applicable)



Returning for Store Credit

 

-Store credit is issued via digital gift card

-Original shipping costs are not credited

-Final Sale items are not eligible

 

Exchanges (Size & Fit)

 

-Exchanges are available within 30 days, subject to stock availability

-The original item must be returned and approved before a replacement is shipped

-Outbound shipping for exchanges is free

-Redo protection covers return shipping for U.S. orders only

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

-Order number

-Clear photos of the issue

-Photo of the full item

-Photo of the size tag

Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at no cost.

Defects do not include normal wear, training damage, mat burn, washing damage, or sizing issues.

 

Abuse Prevention

 

Jiujiteiro reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that show signs of:

-Wear or use

-Excessive returns

-Policy abuse

-Misuse of products
