Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original packaging and hangtags attached properly folded. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with the return. Any items received in anything other than original condition will be subject to a 10% restock fee. Compression wear and ADCC items are a final sale.
Please note Jiujiteiro only accepts returns. Should you wish to exchange a product, simply return the product back to us and purchase the new size or style that you are looking for. *please refer to the return process outlined below.
Jiujiteiro does not accept returns from outside the USA. All international orders are final sale.
SALE ITEMS POLICY
All sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for a return. All items purchased with a promotional code are also a final sale and not eligible for a return. Jiujiteiro does not honour price adjustments.
PROCESS FOR RETURNS
If you wish to return your purchase, please email email@example.com, with the subject line “return request _ your name _order number”. Return requests must be emailed within 30 days upon receipt of your purchase. In your email please specify the reason behind your return, as well as the merchandise style number and description of the item(s) you wish to return. Once your request has been emailed and the return is approved, Jiujiteiro will provide you with an online return authorization number (ORA#) via email. Please include the ORA# with the package you are returning.
The return process will be completed if the merchandise is returned to Jiujiteiro within 30 days from the date your ORA# was issued.
If a return request or returned merchandise falls outside of the 30 day time frame, we unfortunately will not be able to accept the return.

Once your return has been received by our distribution centre in San Diego, California, you will be refunded the amount paid on your credit card, less actual original shipping costs.
Please note, you are responsible for all shipping and customs charges associated with returning an order.
Item(s) returned without an ORA# will also not be accepted, and will be sent back to you at your expense. Jiujiteiro reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the policies outlined above. Any returns that are not authorized will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Please understand that Jiujiteiro is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
