If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly assist you with your return and/or exchange. All returns and/or exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RMA #) which will be generated after creating a return request through our return portal located at the top of this page.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, as well as, shipping charges associated with exchanges. Any item(s) returned that does not meet the criteria listed below will not be eligible for a return and/or exchange.

  

Items eligible for returns/exchanges:

  • Order was placed no more than 35 days ago (includes defects).
  • Must be purchased from www.jjtro.com.
  • Item(s) is unworn, unwashed, is void of any stains/signs of use, and is complete with original tags and packaging (Gi's must include Gi bags).
 

Items not eligible for returns/exchanges:

  • Orders that were placed more than 35 days ago (includes defects).
  • Orders that have not been returned within 35 days of initiating a return request.
  • Items that have stains or signs of usage like deodorant spots, body odor, etc, has been worn and/or washed, or is missing original tags and packaging.
  • All sale items or items purchased with a promotional code.
  • Special release items such as ADCC/Artist Collaborations.
  • Compression items due to hygiene concerns.
  • If the item is no longer available on www.jjtro.com.
  • Items that are purchased from other retailers or distributors.

Returning for a refund:

  • Refund goes back to customer's original payment method.
  • Original shipping cost does not get refunded ($4.95 on orders under $100 / $13.00 on orders over $100).
  • Restock Fee: 10% (We ask that all returned items are folded and placed in their original packaging).

 

Returning for store credit:

  • Cost of item gets loaded onto a gift card.
  • Original shipping cost does not get credited.
  • Restock Fee: FREE (We ask that all returned items are folded and placed in their original packaging. If a returned item is received in any other way, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee).

 

Exchanges:

  • Can only exchange an item for a smaller or larger size (if available).
  • Cannot exchange an item for an entirely different product.
  • Restock Fee: 10% (We ask that all returned items are folded and placed in their original packaging).
  • Responsible for all shipping costs.
