SHIPPING

Jiujiteiro ships via USPS®. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order and tracking information.

If there is an apartment number or unit number associated with your address, please make sure to include it.

We cannot combine/modify separate orders to be shipped in a single package for the sake of convenience. It is your responsibility to have ordered all items together.

Please note: “Free Shipping” promotions are only valid for orders to the USA.

 

USA SHIPPING RATES

For Customers in the USA, we use USPS First Class and/or USPS Priority Shipping depending on weight of items purchased.

Orders with a total value exceeding $100 receive free express shipping via USPS®.

Flat Rate (Orders under $100 USD):

USPS® – $5.00 USD

GLOBAL SHIPPING RATES

For International customers, we use USPS International Priority Shipping.

International shipping rates are based on order weight given via USPS®. We suggest adding all your items into your cart with your desired shipping address to accurately calculate shipping fees.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Our warehouse processes and receives order Monday - Friday from 8AM until 6PM (PST). All orders placed during these times will be processed the same day or on the following business day at the latest. Please note, orders placed on Friday after 6PM (PST) will begin processing on the following Monday at 8AM (PST) as our warehouse is closed over the weekend. Jiujiteiro will ship within 48 hours after processing has begun and pending credit verification.

Most orders are picked up by USPS before 5PM (PST) so if you would like to request a change to your order before it is shipped out, you must contact support@thejiujiteiro.com before 5PM (PST).

 

SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS

Please be advised, shipping options do not guarantee a delivery date, it’s based solely on an estimated time of delivery. We are responsible for your order until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. For international orders, once your order leaves the US, it is out of our control.

Please note, when international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred dependent upon the destination country’s import laws.

Please note: The COVID-19 pandemic has severely disrupted the usual shipping schedules and estimated delivery times for most, if not all, international shipments. Please refer to the USPS website (linked below) for more information regarding suspensions and restrictions to certain countries.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within three business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

 

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS

Jiujiteiro is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider (USPS). Jiujiteiro does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
