How it works:

  • Create Your Loyalty Account - You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points. New account signups receive a one-time amount of 50 Points. You will also receive 100 points on your birthday yearly.
  • Earn Points on Purchases - Start earning points by placing an order. You will receive 1 point for every $1 spent on your total purchase (excludes taxes, shipping, and gift card purchases).
  • Redeem Points - Receive a $ amount off a purchase by redeeming your points.

Ways to redeem:

  • 250 points = $10 off Coupon
  • 500 points = $20 off Coupon
  • 1000 points = $40 off Coupon

How do I earn points?

You can earn points within the Get More Points section of your rewards panel. You will earn points by making purchases. By placing an order YOU start earning points. You must be logged into your loyalty account using the same email address as your Jiujiteiro store account. Unfortunately, if you are not signed into your Jiujiteiro store account at the time of purchase, points will not be added to your loyalty account. We are unable to transfer points for purchases made under a different account or under a guest checkout.

How do I redeem points?

To turn points into a reward, please log into the rewards panel. Once you are logged in, open the rewards panel. Click on the Redeem Points button towards the top or scroll down and expand the Get Discounts section. If you have enough points for one of the rewards, you will see a REDEEM button. Upon clicking the button, a pop-up with your coupon code will appear. You can either copy and paste the code at your own time or click the Apply Coupon Now text to automatically apply the coupon to the checkout section of the store.

Can I undo a reward redemption?

When you redeem a reward, you are exchanging your points for the reward. Unfortunately, we are unable to credit or refund back points that were redeemed through a purchase. Your earned reward(s) will remain in your account until you decide to use it on a purchase, or until the reward expires. Points will only be automatically returned to your account if your order is completely cancelled.

How do I use a redeemed reward?

When you redeem a reward, your points are immediately exchanged for the reward. However, you do not need to use your earned reward immediately. If you choose not to use the reward, it will be saved in your rewards panel and can be accessed for later use by clicking the My Coupons button.


Unfortunately, a previously redeemed reward is not applicable to be used more than once. All rewards follow a one-time usage policy when redeemed.

When do my points expire?

Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity refers to customers who have not interacted with such as redeeming points or placing an order. If you have redeemed your points for coupons, they will expire six months from the date of point redemption.

Ways to spend points

You can spend points through the Redeem Points button towards the top or by scrolling down and expanding the Get Discounts section in your rewards panel. Here, you will find the amount of points that are required to claim a reward/discount. Please make sure that you are signed into your account before redeeming your points.


Once you accrue enough points for a reward, you can simply select REDEEM to claim the reward. Once you redeem a reward, you can find it by clicking the My Coupons button. Only one reward can be used per order. Please be advised that your rewards cannot be used for Gift Card purchases.

Why aren't my rewards working at checkout?

Currently you can only use one coupon at checkout. Using multiple coupons is not permitted. You can, however, use a coupon alongside a gift card amount at checkout.
